Invite → review conversion and monthly review volume across 70 practices. Conversion = reviews ÷ invites sent (the "convert" lever). Invite volume = invites sent per month (the "send" lever). Data pulled live from Snowflake · Jul 16, 2026. MTD window = Jul 1–13; trailing figures = Jan–Jun 2026.

Read this before the leaderboard. The original "Reviews vs. Patient Count" slide divides reviews by patient count, which blends two separate things: how many patients get an invite (coverage) × how well invites convert (conversion). A practice can look bad simply because it isn't sending invites. This report separates the two levers so you can tell whether a practice needs to send more or convert better.
Monthly review volume & conversion
Bars = total reviews and invites per month. Line = blended invite→review conversion. July is month-to-date (Jul 1–13) and reads high because reviews lag the invites that drove them.
Top & Bottom 10 by conversion (MTD)
Rebuild of the original slide using invite→review conversion instead of reviews-per-patient. Green = strong converters, magenta = weak. Invites/mo shown to flag send-side volume.

The efficiency trap. Some of the highest-volume practices are the weakest converters: Saratoga (682 invites/mo → 8.9%), Southport (595 → 6.6%), Victoria (499 → 7.3%) and Safari (488 → 5.9%) push huge invite volume at low yield. Meanwhile Carrollton (121 invites/mo, 28.6%), Gloss City Park (60, 24%) and NW Highway (66, 20.4%) convert far better on a fraction of the sends — these are the templates to copy.

Sortable. Reviews/mo and Invites/mo are Jan–Jun averages; 6-mo Conv is the stable trailing rate; MTD Conv is Jul 1–13.

Definitions. Conversion = (new + updated reviews) ÷ invites sent, mirroring the product's review-rate resolver. Source: SWELL_INVITES_REVIEWS_PER_DAY_V3 (agency 176), Snowflake. Note on "coverage." True coverage (invites ÷ patients seen) isn't reproduced here — the slide's patient-count denominator depends on an appointment-status filter and a location mapping that is masked in the read-only views. Invite volume is used as the send-side proxy. Review counts on this report tie out exactly to the original slide.
